The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration moves ahead on its ProTech 2.0 small business contract with this round focused on NOAA's coastal mission.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has moved on round three of awards against its go-to contract vehicle for acquiring professional services from small businesses.

Awardees for this so-called "Oceans" domain of the potential 10-year, $8 billion ProTech 2.0 vehicle will compete for task orders to help NOAA collect scientific data on and create geospatial maps of coastal and oceanic areas.

NOAA received 19 bids in total for Oceans and made the awards on Friday, according to Federal Procurement Data System records.

All but one bidder made the awardee list:

A draft solicitation for the Weather domain remains under development.
