Homeland Security Department agencies and components use this blanket purchase agreement to acquire services such as data analysis and project management.
Four companies have won positions on a potential five-year, $153.4 million Homeland Security Department blanket purchase agreement for technical support services that aid in acquisitions of geospatial products.
3Gimbals, ASET Partners, CFocus Software and Integrity Management Consulting will compete for task orders to perform work such as project management, data analysis, infrastructure, and operation and maintenance support.
DHS awarded this third iteration of the Geospatial Technical Support Services BPA on Monday and received 25 proposals in total, according to Federal Procurement Data System records.
ASET Partners appears to be the lone incumbent that will carry onto the GTSS 3.0 pact and the other awardees are newcomers. DHS awarded the predecessor GTSS 2.0 in 2019 at a $98 million ceiling.
Deltek data indicates that DHS has obligated approximately $97.2 million against GTSS 2.0 with ASET the largest recipient of that spend at 48%, or $46.6 million. Ardent Management Consulting is second at 43%, or $42.1 million.
DHS agencies and other components use GTSS to support their missions involving emergency management, major event planning, border security, immigration and customs enforcement, maritime security, law enforcement, critical infrastructure protection and situational awareness.
