Our 2024 M&A roundup is now available

Our annual mergers and acquisitions roundup is now live on our website and you can see a listing of all closed mergers and acquisitions from 2024.

With the help of the investment banks Baird & Co. and KippsDeSanto, we identified 158 closed transactions that include some of the market's largest players like CACI International, Deloitte, Accenture and Lockheed Martin.

Plus, there are plenty of private equity participants and buyers that we have not seen much activity from over recent years.

Following this release of the roundup, we are following up with further analysis and podcast episodes that will dive deep into what drove the transactions and where things are going.

The 158 closed moves we identified are up from 2023’s number of 127 and the 140 we saw close in 2022.

But 2021 continues to be the highwater mark with 190 completed transactions. Prior to 2021, we typically saw that figure fall in the 85-to-100 range.
