The Defense Logistics Agency will use this blanket purchase agreement to acquire support for managing its programs.
The Defense Logistics Agency has awarded 10 companies positions on a five-year, $92.5 million blanket purchase agreement for professional services in support of DLA's overall strategic transformation efforts.
Awardees will compete for task orders to provide enterprise project support services for DLA's programs, the Pentagon said in its Tuesday contracts digest.
DLA received 14 bids in total and selected these winners:
- Accenture's U.S. federal services
- A.T. Kearney
- Booz Allen Hamilton
- Boston Consulting Group's federal subsidiary
- Definitive Logic Corp.
- Deloitte Consulting
- Ernst & Young
- Guidehouse
- KPMG
- McKinsey
The BPA is known as Strategic Transformation and Enterprise Project Support, or STEPS. DLA will use it to acquire advisory and assistance services for helping manage programs across the agency.
STEPS has two categories of work -- management and professional services; and studies, research, analyses, and evaluations expertise.
