Current CEO John Zangardi will retire by the end of this year and continue as a member of Redhorse's board of directors.

Redhorse Corp. has promoted a new president from within its own ranks in Noah Klemm, the company’s chief delivery officer who first joined in 2022.

Klemm now oversees all aspects of Redhorse’s strategy and operations following chief executive John Zangardi’s plan to retire at the end of this year, the company said Monday.

Zanbardi joined Redhorse as president in 2020 and became CEO in the following year. He will remain a member of Redhorse’s board of directors.

During his tenure, Redhorse received a growth equity investment from the venture firm Blue Delta Capital Partners and then acquired Allied Associates International to add new cyber intelligence offerings.

Redhorse touted a workforce of approximately 500 people when it closed the A2I purchase.

Prior to joining industry, Zangardi’s government service career included roles such as chief information officer for the Homeland Security Department and principal deputy CIO for the Defense Department.
