ASRC Federal

Ron Davis has joined as chief information security officer to help oversee the government services company’s functions in technology and cybersecurity, among other areas.

His responsibilities will also include strategy development and implementation, risk management, policy development, incident response, compliance with industry regulations, and stakeholder communication.

Davis most recently worked as corporate CISO at HII and before that held the same role at the former Vencore. His 25-year career also includes positions at BAE Systems Inc., ADT, iSYS, Indus Corp., Northrop Grumman and ADT.

Harmonia Holdings Group

Darla Moon has joined in the newly created role of chief financial officer following the company’s sale to Madison Dearborn Partners earlier in the fall.

Harmonia is led by Damon Griggs, the former Dovel Technologies CEO. He and Dovel’s former chief legal officer Jon Brooks joined MDP as executive partners to find and acquire a government technology company.

Moon most recently worked as CFO at Aretum and helped lead the integration of the businesses that formed the company. Her career also includes financial leadership roles at Patriot Group International, ManTech and Northrop Grumman.

Ibeos

John Moberly has joined the spacecraft electronics manufacturer in the dual roles of chief growth officer and general manager for government programs.

The 25-year aerospace industry veteran will oversee customer engagement efforts along with Ibeos’ product development, road map and strategy functions.

Moberly most recently worked as senior vice president of space for SpiderOak Mission Systems. His private sector career also includes a stint as president of LeoLabs Federal.

Tria Federal

Gina Gallagher has joined the midsized technology and advisory services provider as senior vice president of business development.

Tria cited her three-decade background across companies ranging from small-to-large that includes experience in pursuits of multiple-award government-wide acquisition contracts.

Gallagher most recently worked as chief growth officer at Sierra7. Her career also includes roles at companies such as B3 Group, GovCIO, AOC Key Solutions and SystemsMadeSimple.

Clarity Innovations

Tiffanny Gates, the former Novetta chief executive and now an operating partner at Capitol Meridian Partners, started as chairman of Clarity’s board of directors on June 1.

CMP acquired Clarity in late 2023 and more recently supported the technology integrator’s combination with Chameleon Consulting Group, which closed during the summer.

Clarity describes itself as a provider of full-spectrum cyber operations solutions and services to defense and intelligence agencies.
