The company is in the midst of a new phase of its strategy to also focus on people and organizational development along with the digital services core.

Fearless, a minority-owned company focused on digital services, has hired 26-year public sector veteran and former Riverside Research executive Alka Bhave as president of the business unit providing that work to public and private sector entities.

Bhave joins the Baltimore-headquartered company as it embarks on this new phase of a strategy that involves the standup of a new operating structure with two business units: Fearless Digital, which Bhave will lead, and a Fearless Guides division concentrated on people and organizational enablement.

As part of that new model, Bhave will be responsible for leading Fearless' efforts to position itself as a leading digital services integrator that can combine emerging technology with help to further develop teams and organizations.

"I’m excited to take the company and our customers forward and achieve speed to mission outcomes through the value proposition that Fearless’ new digital services integrator model enables,” Bhave said in a release Tuesday.

Most recently, Bhave was chief operating officer at the nonprofit organization Riverside Research. She managed the company's corporate operations and oversaw efforts to transform its infrastructure, processes and culture to position for growth.

Her career also includes leadership roles at Perspecta and several of its heritage businesses including Vencore and The SI Organization.

Fearless has received approximately $60.7 million in unclassified federal prime obligations over the past 12 months, with the Health and Human Services Department representing 46% of that, according to USASpending.gov data.
