T-Rex's acquisition activity of late has concentrated on the national security community.
T-Rex Solutions has moved to further broaden its presence across the intelligence community by acquiring a provider of enterprise IT services to that group of agencies.
Cyber Cloud Technologies touts 15 years of work in the technology domains it is named after. Terms of the transaction announced Tuesday were not disclosed.
For T-Rex, this move comes nearly three years after it acquired another IT services provider that concentrates on intelligence agencies. Zot Inc. brought to T-Rex more work in areas such as system architecture and software engineering.
