Following a major acquisition in 2022, Accenture Federal Services has also undertaken a series of hires and promotions to its senior leadership team.

Accenture's U.S. federal subsidiary has finalized another pair of promotions in its senior leadership team amid a year of change for the business.

This latest round announced Monday sees Elaine Turville move up to strategy and consulting growth platform leader, while Aaron Jackson steps into the role of technology growth platform leader.

Both appointments involving these two-decade company veterans are effective immediately.

Accenture Federal Services has had a busy 2022 that included its acquisition of Novetta for more of a footing in work related to data and analytics.

Then in September, AFS announced three-decade company veteran Ron Ash as its chief operating officer and followed that with the promotions of two new portfolio leaders.

In Turville's new role, she will oversee AFS' delivery of functional and domain expertise across programs. The 25-year Accenture and AFS veteran was most recently social services sector leader within the company’s civilian portfolio, plus Agriculture Department client account leader.

Jackson will lead AFS' work to deliver advanced technology solutions for federal clients. The 24-year veteran was most recently leader of the AFS digital platforms practice lead for four years.
