BAE's US arm appoints familiar face as finance leader
This is Guy Montminy's second stint as SVP of finance during his three-decade career with company.
BAE Systems' U.S. subsidiary has appointed a new senior vice president for finance in Guy Montminy, a nearly 35-year company veteran who held that same role from 2014 to 2016.
His second stint as BAE Systems Inc.'s financial leader takes effect on Sept. 5 after two years as an adviser on company-wide initiatives, BAE said Wednesday.
Montminy will report to CEO Tom Arseneault and succeeds Scott Howat, who was senior VP of finance for the past six years and is leaving the company.
Prior to the current advisory position, Montminy was president of the platforms and services sector that includes BAE's land vehicle business from 2018 to 2020.
His career also includes other executive leadership roles in finance, new business capture, operations, and divestitures and acquisitions.
