Chris Pehrson previously spent 11 years at General Atomics' unmanned systems subsidiary.

Defense technology company Parry Labs said Monday it has hired a new chief growth officer in Chris Pehrson, formerly a lead executive at General Atomics’ unmanned systems subsidiary.

Pehrson will be responsible for leading Parry Labs’ functions related to strategic planning and business capture.

He most recently was vice president of special programs at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems and prior to that was the subsidiary’s VP of strategic development during his 11-year career there.

Over the past six months, Parry Labs also brought in former Palantir executive Mark Shepardson as its chief technology officer and added Carlyle Group veteran Adam Palmer to the board of directors.
