A joint venture of Evolver and Key Concepts Knowledgebase has secured a five-year, $37 million contract for end user IT support services to the Agriculture Department.
The award to Ideation Solutions covers work in the Washington, D.C. area and was awarded through the CIO-SP3 Small Business contract vehicle’s on-ramp, the companies said in a release Monday.
Ideation Solutions is an 8(a) mentor-protege joint venture in which Key Concepts Knowledgebase is the managing partner and Evolver is the mentor. The JV pursues seven task areas for CIO-Sp3 including biomedical and health, integration services, software development and critical infrastructure protection.
Evolver is a subsidiary of Converged Security Solutions, a cyber outfit formed through a merger two years ago between Evolver and eVigilant Security.
