Leidos appoints new health group COO
Leidos brings aboard longtime health sector veteran Michael Jackman to help lead the company's work in that market.
Leidos has hired nearly four-decade industry veteran Michael Jackman as chief operating officer of the government services company’s health group.
Jackman will oversee the group’s day-to-day operations and work with its leadership team in delivering solutions and services to customers, Leidos said Thursday.
Most recently, Jackman was an operating partner at health care enterprise software-focused private equity firm Ardan Equity Partners and before that was CEO of imaging platform provider Mach7 Technologies.
His career also includes executive roles at General Electric Healthcare, Carestream Health, iSOFT Health Group and Eastman Kodak. He started his career at IBM and spent nearly two decades there.
