Two more gain entry onto human capital support vehicle
Two more small businesses win awards through the on-ramp for the massive governmentwide "Human Capital and Training Solutions" contract.
The General Services Administration has added two small businesses to a potential $3.45 billion governmentwide contract vehicle for human capital and training services GSA runs in partnership with the Office of Personnel Management.
Whitespace Innovations Inc. and Engaging E-Learning Solutions join 24 other firms that were chosen in July to join the Human Capital and Training Solutions contract’s small business track via an on-ramp. GSA announced the two new on-ramp awards in a FedBizOpps notice Friday.
In total, 46 small businesses can now call themselves primes for the HCaTS contract that OPM uses to acquire services covering training and development, strategy and organizational improvement.
GSA and OPM originally awarded the potential 10-year, $5.75 billion HCaTS SB contract three years ago along with the unrestricted portion, which has 72 primes and a ceiling also of $5.75 billion.
