Iomaxis taps AT&T vet for COO role

Iomaxis adds former AT&T public sector executive Paul Barboza to the leadership team.
Iomaxis said Wednesday it has hired former AT&T public sector executive and nearly three-decade government market veteran Paul Barboza as chief operating officer.
Barboza will focus on expanding Iomaxis’ digital, cybersecurity and commercial offerings as the company charts its next phase of growth.
For AT&T, Barboza was director of business development and helped lead the company’s capture of the large FirstNet contract to build a nationwide public safety broadband network for first responders.
He also helped secure awards for cybersecurity, mobility and professional services for AT&T.
Barboza’s career also includes roles at TASC and Exelis.
