ICF shifts its public sector lineup

ICF makes a trio appointments in its public sector leadership team that include one hire and two promotions from within.

ICF has made a trio of appointments in its public sector leadership team that include one hire and two promotions from within across its IT, cyber and resilience teams.

These moves come less than two weeks after the technology consulting firm announced that two-decade company veteran Mark Lee would succeed the retiring Ellen Glover as head of its public sector group.

Former Science Applications International Corp. executive Andre Eaddy has joined ICF as senior vice president for IT modernization and management, where he will lead efforts to develop business in defense mission assurance and critical infrastructure resilience.

The 25-year public sector and commercial IT veteran more recently was vice president of programs in SAIC’s Homeland Security Department practice.

Fairfax, Virginia-based ICF also has shifted Senior Vice President John Paczkowski to a new role in its enterprise cybersecurity and resilience division that includes work in national preparedness, infrastructure resilience and defense mission assurance.

For the past 10 years, Paczkowski led both the emergency management and critical infrastructure protection practices at ICF and led its entry into the defense mission assurance market.

In addition, ICF promoted Vice President Mike Pampalone to head its homeland security and national resilience business line. He joined the company in September of last year to lead its infrastructure resilience practice.
