ICF hires Pampalone to head infrastructure resilience practice

ICF said Wednesday it has hired former Jacobs principal and program executive Mike Pampalone as vice president for infrastructure resilience.

Pampalone will lead efforts to develop new business opportunities and capture emerging work in the fields of defense mission assurance and critical infrastructure resilience.

At Jacobs, Pampalone led resilience-related energy consulting, design, asset management and planning services at the global engineering firm’s buildings and infrastructure energy business.

He is also a former director and eastern region branch manager at MacDonald-Bedford, where he led business development functions.
