Mitre promotes Wang to CFO

Mitre Corp. said Wednesday it has promoted 10-year organization veteran Wilson Wang to vice president and chief financial officer.

In addition to overall business management responsibilities, Wang will lead a transformation effort to modernize and consolidate Mitre's business systems into an integrated operating platform.

He more recently led the nonprofit's enterprise transformation office and has also served as head of finance and assistant treasurer.

Before Mitre, Wang led a financial planning and analysis team at the former Computer Sciences Corp. He has also worked at Lockheed Martin and the former BearingPoint.
