Raytheon said Wednesday it has hired former CSRA executive Sally Sullivan as vice president of U.S. business development.

She will report to John D. Harris, vice president of business development for Raytheon and CEO for the defense contractor's international arm.

Sullivan was more recently executive vice president of the homeland security group at CSRA, which General Dynamics acquired in April. Her career also includes leadership roles at ManTech International, Northrop Grumman and Bechtel.

Raytheon also announced that it hired former Orbital ATK government relations head Ed Fortunato, who will take up the role of vice president for government relations. Northrop Grumman acquired Orbital in June.
