Engility keeps $84M Navy warfare systems engineering work
Engility Corp. wins an $84 million recompeted contract to continue its systems engineering work on warfare systems for Navy platforms.
Engility Corp. has won a potential five-year, $84.9 million contract to continue its systems engineering work on warfare systems for use in Navy platforms.
The Navy received four offers in total for the contract that includes one base year with four option years. This contract also covers evaluations of technical baselines across multiple disciplines, the Defense Department said in its Thursday contracts digest.
Systems engineering efforts will also include assessments of cost, schedule, emerging technology and maturity of design for all Naval Air Systems Command acquisition programs in support of NAVAIR's systems engineering department.
Work will take place through April 2023 if the Navy exercises all options.
