KeyW hires ManTech vet Wallen to head advanced cyber

KeyW Corp. said Wednesday it has hired almost three-decade industry veteran and former ManTech International executive Dave Wallen as senior vice president of advanced cyber.

Wallen will join Hanover, Md.-headquartered KeyW on Jan. 19 and focus on the company’s strategies, growth and teams that provide cyber services to national security agencies.

At ManTech, Wallen was a senior vice president for nearly seven years and built its cyber operations and exploitation business that recorded $175 million in sales last year.

His career prior to ManTech includes leadership roles at BAE Systems Inc. and PwC that focused on the intelligence, defense and federal civilian markets. He is also a former Marine Corps officer.
