The Veterans Affairs Department has chosen 68 service disabled, veteran-owned businesses for a potential 10-year, $25 billion contract to carry out general management and business support services.
A FedBizOpps award notice posted Monday lists all Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness winners and task groups they won in. Some awardees are listed in multiple groups.
The contract has a five-year base period followed by an option to extend for an additional five years.
Deltek data indicates VECTOR is divided into six main task area groups for winners:
- Group 1: Management, oversight and improvement
- Group 2: Analyses
- Group 3: Training
- Group 4: Outreach
- Group 5: Supply chain
- Group 6: Human resources and staffing
Pending any post-award protests, Dimensional Concepts LLC and R3 Government Solutions look to be the biggest initial winners so far as the only awardees with places in four groups.
Associated Veterans LLC – Quality Solutions, Career Management Associates of Iowa LLC, Shoulder 2 Shoulder Inc., Software Engineering Services Corp. and Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions LLC received spots in three groups.
