9 win $480M Army contract for technical, R&D services
The Army chooses nine companies for a potential five-year, $480 million technical development services contract that includes R&D work.
The Army has awarded nine companies positions on a potential five-year, $480 million contract for technical development, technical support and operational integration services.
Awardees will vie for task orders to help the Army coordinate response missions and help manage both technologies and team structures.
Work will also encompass research-and-development of prototypes, systems and subsystems, according to Deltek.
Fifteen bids were submitted for the contract and the winners are:
- Battelle Memorial Institute
- CACI International
- Envistacom
- Fulcrum
- Janus Research Group
- Leidos
- Manufacturing Techniques Inc.
- Peraton (the former Harris Corp. IT services business)
- WinTec Arrowmaker
