ICF hires three-decade IT vet James as cyber lead

ICF brings on board three-decade IT vet and former SAIC, CSRA and Northrop Grumman executive Randy James as cybersecurity and resilience business leader.
ICF has hired three-decade IT and professional services veteran Randy James as senior vice president and division leader for the company's enterprise cybersecurity and resilience practice.
James joins ICF from Science Applications International Corp., where he more recently worked as vice president of cyber. Prior to SAIC, he held executive roles at CSRA and its predecessor organization the Computer Sciences Corp. U.S. public sector business.
His stint at CSRA and CSC included a chief information security officer position and general manager of a cyber and network security division. James also has led Northrop Grumman's cybersecurity and network practice area and his career also includes stops at companies such as VeriSign, Verizon, UUNET and Cisco.
At ICF, he will lead an organization that works with customers to defend against cyber threats. ICF's cyber practice encompasses the homeland security, intelligence and military sectors the company views as among the world's most-attacked infrastructures.
