Eight companies will vie for orders to perform program and systems support services for the Navy under a potential five-year, $495.7 million contract awarded by the Army.
Eight companies have won positions on a potential five-year, $495.7 million contract awarded by the Army for program and systems support services to the Navy.
According to Deltek, the Army awarded the contract for NAVAIR’s Corporate Business Office to acquire services in support of acquisition, implementation and sustainment functions.
NAVAIR’s CBO provides support for all Defense Department entities that include commands, agencies and field activities.
Awardees are as follows:
- Alion Science and Technology Corp.
- Booz Allen Hamilton
- Deloitte Consulting LLP
- Engility Corp.
- Leidos
- MIL Corp.
- Sabre Systems, DCS Corp. and Integration Innovation Inc. joint venture
- URS Federal Services, an AECOM business unit
Deltek lists Alion Science, Booz Allen, Deloitte Consulting, Dynamics Research Corp. and Lockheed Martin as incumbents on the predecessor contract. Proposals were due to the Army in November 2014, according to Deltek.
The Army received 23 bids for the firm-fixed-price contract that contains one base year and four one-year options.
Contractors for the latest round will compete for task orders in areas related to management, logistics, systems engineering, business analytics, modeling and simulation, test and evaluation and information technology among others.
