Defense Information Systems Agency DTSP II $4B Verizon Business December The Defense Information Systems Agency will use this contract to support and develop the Defense Information Systems Network-Transmission Services Pacific Network. Air Force ICE2 $2.3B General Dynamics November The Intelligence Information, Command and Control, Equipment and Enhancements II contract (ICE2) is used by the Air Force Materiel Command to acquire IT sustainment and technical support for the Defense Department global intelligence and command and control operations. October The Department Department's Special Operations Command needs contractor support for the Special Operations Forces Supply Activity (SOFSA) in Lexington, Ky.
