*At least 80 percent of the 25 cross-agency e-gov initiatives will be fully deployed, and $100 million in redundant spending will be redirected.
*Eighty percent of agencies will implement enterprise architectures, and agencies jointly will spend $50 million less on salary and expenses.
*Eighty percent of IT systems will be certified and accredited in cybersecurity.
*The CIO Council will work with the Office of Personnel Management to hire IT professionals faster.
