Find opportunities — and win them.

The Defense Intelligence Agency originally chose 16 companies for this global support contract in 2019.

The Defense Intelligence Agency is almost ready to formally launch the process for bringing more small businesses onto its go-to contract vehicle for analytical support services.

DIA first awarded the potential 10-year, $17.1 billion Solutions for Intelligence Analysis 3 contract in 2019 to 16 companies. Six of the awardees were small businesses at that time.

In a sources sought notice posted Thursday, DIA said it plans to issue a final solicitation for the SB on-ramp before the end of this calendar year.

SIA 3 covers non-personal services to DIA and the overall defense intelligence enterprise within and outside the continental U.S.

It does appear that this will be the only time we can tell you anything about this process until the awards. All other information about the on-ramp will be posted to the classified side of the National Reconnaissance Office’s Acquisition Research Center.

The contract has a five-year base period and up to five individual option years. Supporting task orders may have a duration of up to five years, including an initial base year and four individual option years.
