Yulista awarded $219M Army aviation support contract
The Army sought an 8(a) small business to work with one of its air integration and engineering teams.
Yulista Support Services has been awarded a potential five-year, $219.4 million contract for aviation modernization and maintenance services to the Army.
The Army sought an 8(a) small business that could support the air integration and engineering division inside the Army Combat Capabilities Development Command’s Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance unit.
Army officials announced the award in a Wednesday Sam.gov notice, which also includes solicitation documents from 2023 that outline the service branch's need for a contractor to aid in the maintenance of aircraft and avionics equipment.
Yulista will be responsible for services in engineering, sensor integration, flight test, aircraft and avionic unit and intermediate level maintenance support, research and development, prototype fabrication support, and equipment modification services.
The company will also work out of Army facilities to support unmanned air vehicles, ground vehicles and other equipment provided by outside clients.
