The company has supported IT and telecommunications systems for this Air Force customer since 2003.

Leidos has won a $738 million contract for enterprise IT and telecommunications support for Air Force operations across the Washington, D.C., area.

The work includes cybersecurity and supports headquarter operations for the Air Force, Space Force, Air Force District of Washington, and other Air Force activities in the region. The contract also supports the National Military Command Center.

The win is a recompete for Leidos, so it retains a contract it first won in 2003.

Leidos’ work will include cybersecurity, enterprise IT operations, IT asset management, program management as well as plans, projects and engineering services.

“We are committed to continue delivering secure, resilient technology solutions for the U.S. Air Force,” said Steve Hull, Leidos digital modernization sector president.

The contract has a one-year base with four one-year options and one six-month option. The company was the only bidder for the work, according to the Defense Department.
