Redhorse acquires software development specialist

This is the second transaction Redhorse has closed since it added Blue Delta Capital Partners as an investor.
Redhorse Corp. has acquired a provider of software development and professional services as part of a push to expand further across the national security community.
Founded in 2010, Mannakee Group also touts the DevSecOps practice as a core piece of its overall offering to Defense Department agencies. Terms of the transaction announced Tuesday were not disclosed.
The combined company seeks to bring together Redhorse’s services in artificial intelligence, machine learning and data exploitation with Mannakee’s software development piece.
Redhorse is backed by Blue Delta Capital Partners, a venture investment firm focused on the federal market. Blue Delta entered this investment in late 2021.
Mannakee is the second business Redhorse has acquired with Blue Delta's support, including the fall 2023 purchase of Allied Associates International to add more cyber work.
