Find opportunities — and win them.

The new, larger company will bring together data privacy, managed attribution and protection offerings under one roof.

A pair of Enlightenment Capital-backed government technology companies are joining forces to create a larger provider of security solutions for federal agencies, mostly in the intelligence and cyber realms.

Ridgeline International’s combination with System High Corp. is intended to bring together offerings and services in areas such as information security, managed attribution, data privacy, identity management, data loss prevention, and physical and personnel protection.

Enlightenment expects to close the transaction in March, the investment firm said Wednesday. Financial terms were not disclosed, while Ridgeline’s chief executive Erik Wittreitch will lead the combined company as CEO.

“By uniting Ridgeline’s cutting-edge data privacy and managed attribution capabilities with System High’s robust protection framework, we are equipping our customers to safeguard their missions from every angle,” Wittreitch said in a release.

Enlightenment acquired System High in early 2019 and the purchase of Ridgeline followed four years later. Ridgeline opened for business in 2015.
