Integral Federal acquires agile development specialist
By purchasing Pragmatics, Integral is pushing closer to its goal of $200 million in annual revenue by 2025.
Integral Federal has acquired an IT and cybersecurity services provider in a move aimed at further extending across agencies in the national security community.
Founded in 1985 by Dr. Long Nguyen, Pragmatics describes its areas of expertise as including agile development and using the DevSecOps software methodology in cloud environments.
Pragmatics also brings to Integral a suite of digital offerings such as audiovisual and networking technologies for use in training and other education-like environments. Terms of the transaction announced Wednesday were not disclosed.
For Integral, this purchase is represents newest step in its push to hit $200 million in annual revenue by 2025. The company was founded in 1998 and breaks out its core service lines as intelligence and security solutions, along with advanced digital solutions.
Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman provided legal counsel to Integral Federal. KippsDeSanto & Co. and Holland & Knight were respectively the financial adviser and legal counsel to Pragmatics.
