NetCentrics hires former ASRC Federal exec as finance chief
The government IT services provider is now in year three of being held by Cerberus Capital Management.
NetCentrics has hired a new chief financial officer in Jacob Sapp, a two-decade federal market veteran and former executive at ASRC Federal.
Sapp will also sit on NetCentrics' board of directors in his new role, the government IT services provider said Tuesday. He most recently led his own consultancy that provided CFO-level and other financial services to small and mid-sized companies from 2022 to 2023.
Between 2014 and 2021 at ASRC Federal, he worked in roles such as chief administrative officer and senior vice president of business operations and strategic pricing.
His career also includes senior financial leadership roles at the former URS Federal Services, which has since become part of Amentum through multiple transactions.
NetCentrics is backed by the private equity firm Cerberus Capital Management, which purchased the contractor in the fall of 2021.
