Gemini Technical Services has won a potential seven-year, $350 million contract to continue its work with Space Force's organization responsible for bolstering training and readiness across the service branch.
Five companies submitted bids for this third iteration of the of the Innovation, Integration and Information Support contract that was announced in the Pentagon's Friday awards digest.
Space Training and Readiness Command uses the so-called 3IS contract to acquire support for its functions in acquisition, training exercises, testing and evaluation, software development, IT support, and support for Space Force's mission partners.
Gemini Technical Services is a mentor-protégé joint-venture between MCSG Technologies and USFalcon, which won the work in 2017. Space Force has obligated approximately 77% of the $278 million ceiling to-date, according to GovTribe data.
Work under the new contract will take place in Colorado Springs through Dec. 31, 2030.
