Concept Plus brings in new lead growth exec
The Blue Delta-backed company makes a key leadership hire for this phase of its strategy.
Concept Plus has hired a new chief growth officer in Mohamed Elansary, a 25-year government market veteran who joins the company in the wake of its receipt of new investment.
Elansary will lead the development of expansion strategies for Concept Plus that include business development and partnership plans, the company said Monday.
Fairfax, Virginia-headquartered Concept Plus is backed by the government market investment firm Blue Delta Capital Partners, which acquired a non-controlling equity stake in the fall. Around half of Concept Plus' work is on unrestricted contracts.
Elansary most recently worked as chief growth officer at Buchanan & Edwards.
