SAIC's board adds former Marriott, Leidos finance leaders
Their appointments bring the board's total membership to 13 directors.
Science Applications International Corp.'s board of directors has elected two new members in Carolyn Handlon and James Reagan, former finance executives at Marriott International and Leidos respectively.
Their appointments bring the board's total membership to 13 directors with nearly two-thirds of the panel comprised of women and people of color, SAIC said Tuesday.
Prior to her April 2022 retirement, Handlon was executive vice president for finance and treasurer at Marriott and altogether spent 35 years at the hotel giant. Reagan was chief financial officer at Leidos from July 2015 until his retirement in July 2021.
Handlon and Reagan will both serve on the board's audit committee. Handlon will also join the nominating and corporate governance committee, while Reagan will sit on the human resources and compensation committee.
