CM Equity Partners first acquired Janus in 2019.

Janus Research Group has acquired a provider of personnel analysis and training solutions to government agencies.

Evans, Georgia-headquartered Janus views the purchase of Cape Henry Associates as helping further build a portfolio of offerings in data science and automation. Terms of the transaction announced Monday were not disclosed.

Cape Henry was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Virginia Beach. That company touts its proprietary offerings LightHouse and FogLifter as helping federal agencies including the Defense Department manage workforce initiatives including those for training.

Janus is owned by the private investment firm CM Equity Partners, which first purchased the government services company in 2019.
