L3Harris board adds Goodyear finance exec

The 15-year Goodyear veteran oversees the tire making giant's capital allocation management function.
L3Harris Technologies' board of directors has elected a new member in Christina Zamarro, currently vice president of finance and treasurer at Goodyear.
Zamarro's appointment expands the number of board members to 14, L3Harris said Thursday.
Her responsibilities at Goodyear encompass its capital allocation management function that includes debt and pension asset portfolios, risk management, strategic planning and analysis, and investor relatinos.
Goodyear credits Zamarro with help in leading its $2.8 billion acquisition of Cooper Tire last year along with securing the financing for it.
She joined Goodyear in 2007 after nine years at Ford.
