Lockheed Martin hires former L3Harris finance chief
Lockheed Martin's new chief financial officer joins the defense hardware giant after two years as CFO at another blue chip player in the market.
Lockheed Martin has hired a new chief financial officer in Jesus “Jay” Malave, who most recently held the same role at L3Harris Technologies.
Malave’s appointment at Lockheed takes effect immediately, the company said Tuesday. He left L3Harris in mid-January after serving as its CFO since that company’s creation in June 2019 through the merger of Harris and L3 Technologies.
John Mollard, who was acting CFO, will continue as Lockheed’s vice president and treasurer. Mollard took on the temporary role after Ken Possenriede left the company last year.
