DMI hires new chief people officer

Digital Management Inc. brings in a new chief people officer that held the same role at what was KeyW Corp.
Digital Management Inc. has hired a new chief people officer in Marion Ticknor, a two-decade federal market veteran who held the same role at what was KeyW Corp.
Ticknor will join DMI on Jan. 3 and oversee all aspects of the technology services company’s human resources function, DMI said Wednesday.
She was the chief people officer at KeyW for two years prior to that company’s acquisition by Jacobs in 2019. Her career also includes human capital leadership roles at Novetta, ManTech, TechPer and OnSite Technologies.
