Evans lands Volpe center human capital contract

Evans Inc. books a five-year, $42 million contract for human capital services to the Transportation Department’s Volpe center in Cambridge, Mass.

Evans Inc. has won a five-year, $42 million contract for human capital services to the Transportation Department’s Volpe National Transportation Systems Center.

Work will encompass areas such as strategic planning, management development and integration for aviation and emerging technologies at Volpe.

The Cambridge, Mass.-based Volpe center acts as a DOT hub of transportation and logistics expertise and works with government, academic and industry organizations on projects involving human factors research, systems design, global tracking and resource allocation.
