BWXT names Orbital vet McCabe general counsel

BWX Technologies hires Orbital ATK's former general counsel Tom McCabe to the same position.
BWX Technologies said Monday it has hired former Orbital ATK General Counsel Tom McCabe to the same role in a move that took effect immediately.
McCabe will formally hold the title of senior vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary.
He held the general counsel role at Orbital ATK up until its acquisition by Northrop Grumman in June. McCabe's career also includes general counsel roles at Alion Science and Technology, plus BrainTech.
