Valiant Integrated Services acquires logistics firm

Three years on from one major acquisition, Valiant Integrated Services completes another to add more third-party logistics and other work for federal agencies.

Valiant Integrated Services has made an acquisition to further expand its offerings in third-party logistics and other related services for federal agencies.

Herndon, Virginia-headquartered Valiant’s purchase of Alliance Technical Services eyes further growth in areas such as supply chain and facility management, launch site support and refurbishment services.

Terms of the deal announced Thursday were undisclosed. This transaction comes three years after Valiant acquired the former Cubic defense services business that generated just shy of $400 million in annual revenue at the time.

The Chertoff Group acted as advisers for ATS on the transaction.
