USAID picks 11 for $1B professional services pact
The U.S. Agency for International Development chooses 11 companies for a $1 billion blanket purchase agreement to support USAID operating units and field missions.
The U.S. Agency for International Development has awarded 11 positions on a 10-year, $1 billion blanket purchase agreement for broad professional services to USAID operating units and field missions.
USAID received 24 total bids for the Financing Self-Reliance and Market-Led Development BPA that is intended as a “flexible buy-in mechanism” to acquire technical and analytic services from industry, according a Federal Procurement Data System description of the work.

- International Development Group Advisory Services
- The Kaizen Company
- Nathan Associates
- Research Triangle Institute
- Tetra Tech

Some of the work areas include activity development and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, coordination, training, research, analysis, learning generation and dissemination.
