PSC's Chvotkin joins law firm

Washington, D.C.-based law firm Nichols Liu has added a new name to its team that is a well-known face and voice to the government contracting arena.

Alan Chvotkin, the former longtime Professional Services Council executive vice president and counsel, has joined the firm as a partner shortly after his departure from PSC.

He will launch Nichols Liu’s government relations and business intelligence practices for contractors.

Chvotkin has also become president of a separate publishing entity focused on legal and regulatory developments in GovCon. He will guide the content of Pub K’s three daily newsletters on law, cybersecurity and compliance.

At PSC, he was responsible for the trade association’s legislative and regulatory activity.
