Find opportunities — and win them.

Serco Inc., the British contractor's U.S. subsidiary, is bringing on a new chief financial officer as its current CFO approaches retirement.

Serco Group’s U.S. subsidiary has appointed nearly two-decade federal market veteran Gordon Foster as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Foster will start in the role on Oct. 26 and succeed the retiring Gary Shankman, Serco Inc. said Wednesday.

Most recently, Foster was chief financial officer at Constellis and recently lead them through a debt restructuring. Prior to Constellis, Foster was CFO at ASRC Federal for three years in a tenure that included the acquisition of Vistronix in 2016.

The Serco Inc. business posted around $1.2 billion in revenue last year, or around 28 percent of Serco Group’s overall sales.
