Altamira adds new leads for human capital, BD
Altamira Technologies Corp. adds to its leadership team both a new chief human capital officer and vice president of business development.
Altamira Technologies Corp. has made two additions to its leadership team to help manage and steer the company through its growth and diversification strategy.
The company hired a new chief human capital officer in Caroline McConnell, a nearly three-decade federal market veteran and former Science Applications International Corp. executive.
McConnell spent nearly 12 years in leadership roles at SAIC before she became chief HR officer at Engineering Solutions & Products, which was acquired last year by Sev1Tech.
She will focus on building programs to help Altamira attract, develop and retain talent.
Altamira has also added a new vice president of business development in Jason Siminski, who will focus on growing the company’s analytics and engineering work in the national security community.
The 23-year veteran held leadership roles at SAIC and before that the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
