Altamira's board adds former execs of NSA, Raytheon
Altamira Technologies' board of directors adds a pair of former executives from the National Security Agency and Raytheon.
Altamira Technologies said Wednesday its board of directors has elected two new members in Ron Moultrie and Dave Wajsgras, respectively former executives at the National Security Agency and Raytheon.
Moultrie is a retired director of operations for NSA and was most recently a senior adviser to the Navy secretary. His career in government also includes service as a CIA officer and in the Air Force.
Wajsgras most recently led the former Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services business that is now part of Raytheon Technologies after the merger with United Technologies Corp. closed in April.
During Wajsgras tenure at Raytheon, the company’s government services arm shifted its strategy to incorporate more commercial software development and other approaches from outside the traditional defense industry model. He also is a former chief financial officer for Raytheon.
