ManTech adds new human resources exec

ManTech hires an almost two-decade BAE Systems veteran to help steer human resources and talent acquisition for one of the business groups.
ManTech said Wednesday it has hired 19-year BAE Systems veteran Peter Ward as vice president of human resources and talent acquisition for the mission solutions and services group.
Ward will report to Bonnie Cook, executive VP of operations for the group, and oversee efforts to develop career opportunities and other talent-related initiatives.
At BAE, Ward most recently was senior director of human resources and acted as a strategic partner to senior leadership for all aspects of HR and talent acquisition. He is credited with establishing an employee engagement program that focused on staffers’ satisfaction and loyalty.
